Chamber Compliance Center: The Michigan Chamber Compliance Center is a site designed as a portal for information regarding employment law, tax policy, and environmental, health and safety laws. For each of these three categories you will find tools and resources, a list of agencies that govern these laws, the major laws that apply and the latest news. Michigan Chamber members, insurance clients and qualified publication purchasers get FREE access to this secured resource.

Labor Law Hotline: Get the information you need to protect your business and comply with current federal and state labor employment laws through the member-only, Labor Law Hotline. As a Michigan Chamber member, your call for information to the Labor Law Hotline is FREE.

Publications & Labor Law Posters Store: The most popular guide offered through the Michigan Chamber is the annual Employment Law Handbook, which is an in-depth guide with comprehensive chapters covering state and federal employment law topics for all Michigan businesses. Other handbooks offered include a Guide for Employee Handbook Policies and an Unemployment Insurance Guide. In addition, the Michigan Chamber publishes a four-panel set of laminated posters with all of the 18 required labor law and safety postings. Included with your poster purchase is a free 12-month update service. If any changes occur, we email a PDF copy of the change for you to print and place on your current poster.

Salary & Benefits Survey: The Michigan Chamber has been offering a multi-industry salary and benefits survey for over 15 years that provides employers with current, accurate compensation information needed to attract and retain quality employees; and it allows competitors to share current wage information with each other while maintaining complete participant confidentiality.

Credit Card Processing Program: The Michigan Chamber's "interchange plus" credit card processing program literally means that members have the opportunity to accept credit, debit and other electronically based transactions at just 0.2% above cost. Available to every Chamber member regardless of the amount of credit and debit card volume you process.
