He has also provided input to legislative committees and government agencies on proposed new and revised environmental, health and safety standards and regulations. He has handled workplace accident cases involving more than 40 fatalities. He has also handled well over 1,500 alleged OSHA/MIOSHA citations, including “Repeat" and “Willful" citations.
Ronald E. Baylor is chair of the Energy Environmental and Regulatory practice group at Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone.
